John is an experienced executive consultant and practice leader in the Multi-Channel Customer Engagement area with 30 years of experience in his field. John has substantial experience working with clients in numerous industries including telecommunications, financial services, local government, high technology, and entertainment. He is a recognized thought leader with a large body of published work. John also has significant experience in presenting at industry conferences, workshops and seminars. He has led numerous design, development and delivery of multi-dimensional cross-functional solutions to some of the world's largest companies, bringing together Strategy, Business Process Design, Organizational Design, Change Management, Hardware, Software, IT & Infrastructure Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing.
John is an avid outdoorsman and can be found regularly in the wilds outside his home in Atlanta with his two sons.


Frank Pendle: Created over USD 2.4b in sales for companies such as IBM, Cap Gemini, Accenture, and others.

Based in Chicago, Frank has over 25 years' experience originating, developing, and selling solutions for global clients such as 3M, ADM, Marriott, Nestle, Unilever, and others. He is active in CPG and IT thought leadership venues, being a Forbes Business Visionary, member of the Illinois chapter of CompTIA, and several others. Frank has written over 150 articles for media such as The Economist on the influence of IT in manufacturing and client relationships. He also is a member of several corporate and institutional boards of directors, serving as an advisor for international sales development and optimization, social media, mobility, automation, and cloud applications, product mix and lifecycle management, advanced sales analytics, and harmonized logistics.
Frank's interests outside of work include SCUBA diving, piloting, charity work, and - rather paradoxically - being with his family. Said family, located in Naperville, consists of his wife, three kids, and a very large Saint Bernard. 


Michael Neville: created over USD 1.0b in sales for companies such as Avanade, SAP, and others.

Michael has substantial experience in re-engineering and developing businesses involving all levels of senior management. Extensive Internet, e-commerce, and related software application experience. Successful track record in selling enterprise-consulting services to Fortune 100 companies. Significant experience consulting to Healthcare Life Science industry management by providing current thinking around IT tools & technology. Graduated from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, The Executive Program in June 2002. Concentrated areas of study include finance, securities analysis, managerial accounting, marketing, and economics.  
In his very scarce free time, Mike enjoys exercise, gardening and biking. Michael lives in the New York Area with his wife and four children.


Michelle Salzmann: Created over USD 4.0b in sales for companies such as McKinsey, IBM, and others.

Based in New York, Michelle has deep experience reimagining and implementing new ways of doing business for clients such as Cisco, Dell, Ford, Toyota, and others.  As a highly skilled senior management consultant, she has 25 years' experience in program management, client services, account management and multichannel optimization. Michelle has transformed sales initiatives in multiple industries including the Public Sector, Energy and Utilities, Distribution, Telecommunications, and Media and Entertainment. She specializes in client experience, business process re-engineering, business requirements development, contact center optimization, customer relationship management and organizational analysis. MIchelle has also led multiple teams in the successful development and implementation of new business models, new desktop applications, and new self-service channels. Michelle is a Fellow at NYU and teaches business development at several other institutions.
Michelle's interests outside of work include sailing and charity work around the world, having been instrumental in the reestablishment of business in Haiti in the aftermath of the tragic earthquake in 2010. She resides in Westchester County with her husband and two children.
